Do you provide complete bowling center installation?
Yes. MWM offers a turnkey solution, covering design, equipment supply, shipping, installation, and after-sales support. We have installed over 200 lanes in Malaysia and delivered projects in Singapore and other Southeast Asian countries.
Do you support overseas installation and after-sales service?
Yes. Our engineering team provides international installation and maintenance, with completed projects in Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, and more.
Are your spare parts compatible with different models?
Yes. Our spare parts are multi-brand compatible, covering pinsetter components, drive parts, sensors, and electronic modules for various equipment types.
What is the delivery time?
For domestic orders, shipping usually takes 1–2 weeks. For international orders, it typically takes 3–6 weeks, depending on logistics. Express delivery is also available.
What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept bank transfer (T/T). Clients may choose to pay in full or make partial payments in multiple transfers based on project milestones. Payment arrangements are flexible and confirmed in the contract..
What happens if the equipment has a problem?
We offer remote technical support, video guidance, and on-site repair when required. Customers can reach us anytime via WhatsApp or email.
